Most projects run between 8 and 16 weeks from kick-off to launch. Larger ecommerce builds with complex integrations take longer. We agree a clear timeline at the start and keep you updated throughout.
Yes. Redesigns are a significant part of what we do. We audit the existing site before proposing anything, reviewing analytics, conversion data and what is already working. A redesign informed by performance data is always more effective than one driven by preference alone.
