Brand Identity Design
A progressive brand for a progressive business
86 Group is making a splash in hospitality, events, and restaurants with a progressive and inclusive approach to the industry. They came to Limely for a full rebrand: a visual identity that could hold its own across digital and print, reflect their values, and position them as a serious, modern player in a competitive sector. We delivered a complete brand system from the ground up.

Clean, modern lines with personality
The 86 Group logo needed to feel strong and versatile, working equally well on digital platforms, print materials, signage, and branded merchandise. We developed a mark with clean modern lines, a simple yet versatile structure, and soft curves paired with friendly typography. The result is a logo that is memorable and impactful across every application, without sacrificing the approachable character that defines the brand.

A visual language that goes beyond the logo
We developed a graphic system built directly from the shapes within the logo, used as icons and graphic elements throughout digital and print applications. This approach creates a strong sense of familiarity and emotional connection across every touchpoint, reinforcing the brand identity without relying on the logo mark alone. The system gives the 86 Group team a rich toolkit for building campaigns, menus, signage, and digital content consistently.

A palette and photography style that feels human
The brand palette leads with lavender, slate grey, midnight black, and tablecloth white, accented with cobalt blue, peach, and forest green. A considered combination that feels distinctive in the hospitality sector without being predictable. Photography direction centres on real people working in the industry, creating connection and relatability that stock imagery simply cannot replicate. The full brand guidelines cover logo usage, colour, typography, imagery, and tone of voice across digital and print.
