Dark, enticing visuals with strategic use of space
We developed Carman Friend's brand identity from the ground up: logo, colour palette, typography, and visual style. The brand direction leans into dark, enticing visuals paired with strategic use of negative white space, creating a premium feel that stands out in a market dominated by corporate blue-and-white estate agency aesthetics. The identity positions them as the sophisticated independent alternative to the national chains.

Property cards and search built for serious buyers
The property search lets buyers filter by location, bedrooms, price, and postcode to find relevant listings quickly. Property cards surface the key details (bedrooms, bathrooms, and reception rooms) via clear iconography, with prices visible without clicking through. Hover effects and transitions on desktop carry through to mobile without sacrificing performance, creating a polished experience across every device.

Cloud-based property management, fully integrated
We integrated the site with Street.co.uk, a powerful cloud-based platform that gives the Carman Friend team full inventory control over their listings. Properties are managed entirely within Street.co.uk and feed directly to the website, keeping everything in sync without any manual duplication. A bespoke wishlist feature lets buyers save properties using a heart icon (no login required) and submit a single viewing request form for all their saved properties at once.
