Wildwood is a national restaurant chain with multiple venues across the UK. Their existing website was cumbersome, outdated, and misrepresented the quality of the brand. They needed a high-functioning site that made it effortless for customers to find their nearest restaurant, browse menus, book a table, and order online. We built a WordPress site packed with bespoke features and delivered a 78.4% increase in mobile reservations and 7,927 bookings in the first three months.
A booking flow built to convert
We built a multi-step table booking form with colour-coded availability, a distraction-free layout, and lightning-fast response times. The form guides customers through venue selection, date, time, and party size in a clean, intuitive flow that works beautifully on mobile. The result is a 78.4% increase in mobile reservations and 7,927 bookings recorded in the first three months after launch.

Interactive menus with nutritional info and allergens
We designed interactive digital menus displaying nutritional information, calories, and allergen details for every menu item. The menus are fully manageable through WordPress, making it straightforward for the team to update dishes, pricing, and seasonal specials without developer involvement. Customers can browse the full menu before deciding to book, increasing confidence and reducing drop-off.

This integration brings the full Wildwood experience online and provides an additional revenue stream running alongside the core dine-in business.
A bespoke booking experience for cinema nights
Wildwood's Meal & Movie events required a custom booking solution that blocks standard table reservations during movie showings and presents a completely different booking flow. We built this from scratch within the WordPress platform, a genuinely complex piece of development that gives the marketing team full control over event scheduling without any risk of double-booking.
