Bespoke calculators to improve customer loyalty
We built a Mortgage Repayment Calculator that lives directly on each property listing page, allowing users to check affordability without leaving the site. The calculator automatically inputs the property price and standard interest rate, so users only need to add their deposit to get an instant monthly repayment estimate. We also built a dedicated LBTT Calculator, giving Scottish buyers an instant estimate of their Land and Buildings Transaction Tax at a glance.
