The team approached us in need of a modern site with superior functionality that would drive genuine results. We built a WordPress website with an advanced property search, Agency Pilot integration, and interactive map search, delivering a 20.9% increase in new users, a 13.5% rise in organic sessions, and an 8.9% increase in leads.

Advanced property search to increase leads
Searching for commercial property is hard enough without an overcomplicated search tool adding friction. We designed and developed a streamlined search bar allowing users to input keywords, property type, tenure, and preferred size in just a few steps. Results are presented on a well-designed page with key property information clearly visible on each card, plus a 'Sort By' function to refine searches further.
Agency Pilot integration to maximise efficiency
We fully integrated the site with cloud-based property software Agency Pilot, streamlining behind-the-scenes administration. Now, Legat Owen only needs to manage property details within Agency Pilot and listings are automatically updated on the website, as well as on Rightmove and Zoopla, with zero duplication of effort.
An interactive map to improve user satisfaction
We designed and developed a bespoke interactive map feature that takes the property search experience a step further. Users can browse commercial properties by location and tap on individual property markers to view more information, improving the user journey and keeping visitors engaged throughout their search.
A dedicated news area to build organic visibility
A dedicated news area ensures that Legat Owen can keep their site relevant and current with the latest property news, advice, and expertise. In terms of local SEO, this section creates excellent opportunities to drive growth and improve brand reach by incorporating location-based keywords throughout articles and building internal links where relevant.
