We delivered a ground-up mobile-first Magento 2 rebuild, with a redesigned checkout, thumb-friendly navigation, bespoke conversion tools, and a click and collect feature — turning their biggest weakness into a competitive advantage.


A streamlined checkout that cut abandoned carts by 10%
The checkout was the biggest friction point in the mobile journey. We redesigned it from the ground up — removing distractions, reducing steps, and adding multiple payment options including Google Pay, PayPal, and Humm Finance to support different buyer preferences. Clear CTAs, enhanced trust signals, and a guest checkout flow lowered the barrier for first-time buyers. The result: a 10% reduction in abandoned carts, a 57% increase in average mobile order value, and a 50.5% lift in mobile revenue.

A room calculator and free sample tool built to convert browsers into buyers
Buying tiles is a considered purchase. Customers need to know how many tiles they need and whether they will look right in their space before they commit. We built two bespoke conversion tools to address exactly this: an advanced room calculator that estimates tile quantities from room dimensions, reducing ordering errors and boosting average order value by 23.23%, and a free sample ordering tool that lets customers request up to five samples with no payment information required — removing the biggest barrier between interest and purchase.

Click and collect, TradePLUS+, and SEO content that drove 40.5% more page views
We introduced click and collect functionality for same-day pickup, giving local customers a faster fulfilment option and reducing delivery dependency. A TradePLUS+ B2B portal was built for trade customers, offering exclusive discounts and priority access managed through Magento's B2B suite. SEO content blocks were added to category pages as part of a post-migration SEO strategy, contributing to a 40.5% increase in organic page views. Pre-live and post-live testing ensured the migration preserved all existing rankings.
