That’s why we’re so excited to celebrate a recent collaboration that led to incredible results for our long-standing ecommerce client, The Handle Studio. After approaching us back in 2019 in need of streamlined search, mobile optimisation and advanced UX to transform their ecommerce website into a memorable experience, we created an unrivalled ecommerce website that prioritises the mobile experience and drives sales. Who Are The Handle Studio? 

The Handle Studio is a family-owned business dedicated to supplying premium cabinet handles and furniture fittings. Established in 2007 by Mark Jones; a skilled joiner and cabinet maker with more than three decades of hands-on experience, the company has evolved from a background in craftsmanship into a well-regarded name in online retail. Although they mainly trade online, their physical showroom gives customers the chance to view products in person.

The Challenge

While building a brand new Magento 2 ecommerce website for The Handle Studio, we quickly realised that the site could benefit enormously from obtaining accurate data about their website visitors. By prioritising conversion rate optimisation, advanced UX design and a powerful SEO strategy, we increased pageviews by 54% and average order value by 13%. That’s when the importance of understanding customer behaviour became very apparent. Finding an automated digital solution that takes valuable customer data to remarket to site visitors is exactly what we were looking for.
