Woah, woah, woah, the end of September already? We can’t believe it either!
September truly has been a turbulent month for everyone, we’re sure you’ll agree! This month, we welcomed the first day of Autumn, held team Birthday celebrations, enjoyed plenty of cake but also paid our respects to Her Majesty The Queen. It truly was an emotional rollercoaster!
Without further ado, here’s what Team Limely got up to during this transitional month.
8th – Tom’s 3rd Workiversary
September 8th saw designer Tom, celebrating his 3rd anniversary of working at Limely. We grabbed him for a few minutes in between working on website designs to find out his highlights from the past 3 years;
So what are your highlights from the past few years of working at Limely?
The first Limely Christmas party was pretty epic and as a music lover, designing the Beat It sight was really fun too. Overall, it’s just been great to be a part of such a brilliant team!
16th – Matt’s Birthday
Operations manager, Matt celebrated his birthday on the 16th. He marked the occasion by taking his entire family to LegoLand for the weekend… although we’re not sure whose choice this really was! In any case, he seemed to have a lovely time and we wished him a huge happy birthday from the whole Limely team.
19th – Queen Elizabeth II Funeral
On the 19th, we had an unprecedented Bank Holiday as Queen Elizabeth II sadly passed away. We joined the rest of the UK in giving our condolences and paying our respects to the monarch who served our country for so many years.
21st – Dim T Seal Of Approval
On the 21st, we were super-excited to received the seal of approval from Dim T. We absolutely love the new website design for this delicious restaurant chain – it’s crisp, sharp and perfect for driving table bookings. Soon, we’ll begin building the brand new site so keep your eyes peeled for the progress!
28th – Global Racing Training
Training for Global Racing’s shiny new website took place on the 28th. We can’t wait to see how the business grows and evolves now they have a sleek website that matches up to their exceptional brand and superior customer service.
Hyvä Integration Talks
During the month, we also began talks with Hyvä. Hyvä is a Finnish technology company that provides products and integrations which enable Magento sites to run at lightning speed. At Limely, we are continuously looking for ways to improve the websites we design and build for our brilliant clients. Watch this space as we hope to introduce this new tech very soon!
Team Limely’s Favourite Lunches
As you probably know, we are BIG fans of lunch here are Limely. So we thought we’d gather our favourite dishes of the month, prepared by yours truly, Adam & Tom. From baby-back ribs to pizza, burgers and exotic tacos, September has definitely been the most delicious month of 2022 so far!
