Our Monthly Round-Up: November

Niko Moustoukas

Who are we kidding – November is just the month you want to get out the way so you can ditch the Halloween decs and stick on the Christmas tunes.

But, we’re not the kind of people to wish the weeks away – especially when November has been a cracking month for Limely! So, just before you whip out the Christmas tree and punch the first hole in your advent calendar – come and check out what Limely got up to in the month of November!

1st November – Limely’s 5th Birthday!

We started the month with a bang when Limely celebrated turning the big 5! We, of course, couldn’t party like we did last year but we had a great day nonetheless. In celebration of the day, and to say thanks for all their hard work, Limely gave their team not only the afternoon off, but a take away of their choice to enjoy with their families. We can’t really think of a better way to party!

4th November – Director/Designer Adam raises money in the memory of Baby George

On Sunday 4th, Director/Designer Adam ran a half marathon and raised money in the memory of George O’Brien who sadly lost his life at only 8 days old in October 2019.

To mark his first birthday, family and friends set out to raise as much money as they could for the PICU at Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital and Ronald McDonald House in his memory. Through the hard work from family, friends and people like Adam, they managed to surpass their £2,000 target and raise a massive £8,770! They now have hopes to get it to a whopping £10,000!

So, it’s not too late to donate to such a worthy cause. Click here to visit their JustGiving page and see how you too can help out.

6th November – Portt & Co choose Limely!

Portt & Co are an accountancy firm that provides financial help for small businesses. Providing everything from bookkeeping to payroll, Portt & Co pride themselves on their professional and attentive service.

They approached Limely as they needed a little help with the overall look of their website, and of course, Limely are so excited to announce that they’ve chosen to work with us! Watch this space.

13th November – Flintshire County Council choose Limely!

We welcomed another new client in the form of Flintshire County Council! Limely is going to be designing and developing a brand new website for Flintshire County Council’s Biodiversity partnership!

This will involve creating a space that provides the user with everything they will need to know about the partnership, as well as quality, bespoke design and development which will be sculpted around the user’s overall experience.

Keep watch of our blog to find out more!

18th November – Modo is complete!

Back in September, we announced that we would be doing yet another website for loan service providers, Pingyo! Since then Limely’s been working hard on designing and developing Modo – Pingyo’s service for customers across the pond in the US. Well, we’re so excited to say that everything has been completed! We are now crossing the T’s, dotting the I’s and getting ready to launch.

Follow us on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter to make sure you’re the first to see their brand new site in action!

20th November – Syzmon celebrates 2 years at Limely

On the 20th we said a big congratulations to Developer Szymon who has been a part of the Limely team for 2 years now! As we couldn’t celebrate in the office, we reminded ourselves of what his one year anniversary looked like over on Instagram.

26th November – AeroCommerce catch up!

Limely has recently gained a brand new partner – say hello to AeroCommerce! AeroCommerce is a brand new platform set to take the world of ecommerce by storm, and Limely is going to be right alongside them!

Our blog post introducing AeroCommerce is coming soon!

29th November – Limely receive their advent calendars

And to end the month on a high (and get into the festive spirit) the Limely team all received their advent calendars in the mail! We’re very sad that they’re not sat on our desks in Limely HQ, but at least we can now start getting into the Christmas spirit the right way!

And that was November – such a busy a month, but that’s the way, aha aha, we like it! See you at the end of the year!
