Our Monthly Round-Up: March

Niko Moustoukas

From a new house and a new employee to a whole host of exciting projects, we’ve really been getting up to all sorts this month at Limely HQ!

Well, it was a very strange start to Spring, to say the least. In between dodging snow storms and feeling confused about whether to wear our big coats or not, we managed to make some great headway with our latest projects.

1st March – Gav Moves Into His New House

Our director and top back-end developer Gav moved into his new place at the start of this month with his girlfriend Shaunagh. It’s been a long process but they’ve finally got the keys and can start making it a home! We’re excited for both of them.

5th March – Lingerie Outlet Store Design Process Starts

Remember last month when Lingerie Outlet Store chose us as their new digital partner? Well, this month, our designer Emma really kicked things off with her side of things. After wireframing the entire site, she’s now cracking on with the intricate details of the fresh, new design. We can’t wait to see how the finished designs will look!

5th March – Thornley Ask Limely to Integrate Booking System Into Their New Website

So, unless you’ve been living under a rock, chances are you know all about our latest work for Thornley Leisure Parks. We’ve been making great progress on their WordPress website and now there’s an added extra for the project! The team at Thornley have asked us to design and develop a fresh new booking system for their site so that customers can easily and smoothly book the holiday of their dreams.

12th March – Matt Joins Limely

Oh, yeah, we got another new member of the team in March, too! Except this one’s going to be a whole lot better for our productivity. Say hello to Matt Briggs, the project management wizard who is set to take Limely to the next level. Watch this space…

19th March – Air Sea Choose Limely

In the middle of the month, we were over the moon to welcome a new client into the Limely family. Air Sea Containers specialise in dangerous goods packaging solutions. We’ll be revamping their digital presence and giving them a whole new website. After the initial excitement of taking Air Sea on as a new client, we soon got things up and running with a discovery meeting. Our designer Emma and project manager Matt sat down with Air Sea to really find out how we could really bring their visions to life with their new site.

20th March – Graham Takes on Budapest

The annual ‘Graham takes on a European city’ trip has come around once again. Our director and front-end developer Graham travelled to Budapest with a group of friends to take in the sights, enjoy the culture and, well, sample the city’s finest alcohol! It’s safe to say he needed another holiday after this one.

23rd March – MDIS Goes Live

After choosing us as their web agency of choice in February, we knuckled down to design and develop MD Insurance Services the website they were after. Our designer Emma put her creative hat on to give the company a fresh online presence then handed things over to the dev team who built an entirely content-manageable WordPress site.

26th March – Springer Healthcare Discovery Meeting

You may remember us mentioning that Springer Healthcare chose us as their digital partner earlier this month. Well, it wasn’t long before we got them in for a discovery meeting! Director and designer Adam sat down with Springer Healthcare to discover their creative vision for the new WordPress site.

So, there you have it. Our jam-packed month definitely ended in the right way – a much needed long Easter weekend. We can’t wait to see what April has in store…
