Our Monthly Round-Up: December

Niko Moustoukas

Happy New Year from all of us at Limely! It was a real pleasure to work alongside so many fantastic clients in 2017. Although it’s now 2018 and we’re on to pastures new… let’s not forget our achievements in December.

So, what exactly did we get up to last month? Granted, it was a slightly shorter run due to the all-important festive break but we certainly have plenty to talk about.

1st December – Limely Christmas Card Photoshoot

Although Christmas, sparkly wrapping paper and the taste of turkey are in the distant past, it doesn’t seem like two minutes since we put the office decks up! On the 1st December, we got well into the festive spirit and donned Christmas jumpers to take our much-anticipated annual Limely card photo.

11th December – Emma Goes to Edinburgh

Our creative writer Emma whisked off to Edinburgh for a few days to visit her brother and take in the sights. There was a lot of the standard deep fried food but also a lot of waking to justify it! Emma visited the royal palace, went up to the castle and indulged in a spot of shopping on Princes Street.

12th December – Euroventure Goes Live!

Remember back in the summer when we announced Euroventure as a new client? Well, we were super excited to get cracking with the project and we can’t believe that it’s now finished! It’s a huge website full of snazzy features so be sure to keep your eyes peeled for our ‘behind the scenes’ blog post. Coming soon.

14th December – Limely Christmas Party!

There’s a little before and after for you – before was in the racecourse where we enjoyed a three-course meal and our own personal waitress! After, well that was in the secret room at Liquor & Co where we didn’t skimp on the fancy cocktails and shots. It was a great way to get us in the festive mood!

19th December – Design Complete for Nine Elephants

We had a quick project turn-around with Nine Elephants – the exciting new Thai restaurant opening in Chester. Our designer Adam created a gorgeous design for the new foodie website. It’s looking really nice and it’s currently in the development stage. Watch this space.

So, that’s pretty much it for December. The 22nd saw the office shut down for Christmas and before we knew it we were back in our swivel chairs logging into WordPress! It was nice while it lasted…
