We actually can’t believe we’re saying this but it’s officially May! Of course, we couldn’t be happier that we’re edging closer and closer to summer…
So, what have Team Limely been up to for the past 30 days or so? Well, we’ve packed a lot in, to say the least. Holidays…team-building…plenty of web design and oh, a baby! Keep reading to find out the latest.
1st April – Design Starts on Air Sea
Towards the end of March, our designer Emma completed a discovery meeting with Air Sea. She got a real feel for the requirements of the clients’ fresh, new design and got to work right away. We’ll soon be going into development with this one so keep your eyes peeled for the live site in the next couple of months!
2nd April – Spencer Goes to Tarragona
Our developer Spencer had a lovely, long break in Tarragona, on the Northeastern coast of Spain. He soaked up the sun on the beautiful sands and enjoyed the local food and drink! We’re not jealous at all…
4th April – Development on Perfficiency Underway
Earlier in the year, our designer Emma completed some sleek, professional designs for consultancy firm Perfficiency. In April, frontend dev Spencer started bringing the site to life on his side of things. We’re expecting this site to be completed pretty soon so keep a look out.
5th April – Limely Cracks The Crystal Maze
Of course, you’ve probably heard aaaalll about this one. Possibly our best Limely trip out yet, on the 5th we journeyed up to Manchester to take part in the Crystal Maze. It was an immensely fun evening, finished off by burgers and beers to celebrate our victory.
9th April – Emma Goes to Cyprus
Our content writer Emma jetted off to Cyprus for a week to visit some of her family who are now living out there. It’s alright for some! She was taken on a whistle-stop tour of all the best beaches, sights and of course… cocktails.
18th April – Spencer Celebrates 1 Year
We can’t believe it’s been a year since our frontend developer Spencer joined the team! He celebrated his 12-month anniversary on the 18th April… now he’s just got to get through his annual review.
24th April – Thornley Goes Live
You may remember us announcing Thornley Leisure Parks as our new client at the end of last year. With designer Emma tackling the creative aspect and devs Graham and Niko taking on the build of the site, we are proud to say it’s finally finished.
25th April – Baby Phoebe is Born
On the 25th, our director Graham and his wife Sarah welcomed the beautiful baby Phoebe into the world! We’re over the moon for both of them and can’t wait to have another #LimelyBaby in the office.
