We’re cosying down and feeling a little more Christmassy, but we haven’t switched off just yet!
As I’m sure we’re all aware, Christmas is not only one day or one month anymore. It spills over into November – it’s a huge, long celebration. And with Christmas markets up and lights strewn across town, all systems are go. We’re still going full speed with our client work and projects, though, don’t you worry. Let’s have a look at what we got up to in November.
2nd – Limely Turns 6
At the beginning of the month, we celebrated our 6th trip around the sun and reminisced on all our achievements over the past year. That includes our expansion as a group, welcoming new people to our team as well as welcoming new clients and projects. It’s been one hell of a year as we’ve welcomes huge clients such as Dreams, we’ve partnered with Aero Commerce.
This year, many sites have gone live and we’ve churned out a solid 18,528 hours of dedicated work. This year has been incredibly rewarding and we’re incredibly grateful for our clients for giving us stellar projects to work on and making it possible for us to continue to do what we love doing. 19th – Creative Writer Molly’s Birthday
The 19th marked Creative Writer Molly’s birthday! Being in isolation, Molly spent most of her birthday week indoors, reading books and binge watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Her isolation day ended on her birthday, however, so she went for a lovely leisurely walk to celebrate!
20th – Developer Szymon’s Three Year Work Anniversary
This month, Developer Szymon celebrated his three year Limelyversarry! We asked him to talk about some highlights over the time he’s been with us.
‘Working for Limely has really helped me to broaden my skills and knowledge, every day of work has some interesting challenges which is great as it never gets boring! Limely has a very friendly and helpful team with a diverse background of knowledge, which I’ve definitely benefited from. I really miss the social work events we used to have before COVID. My whole third year working for Limely has been away from the office, I really miss office time with the guys but working from home can be interesting too, especially with my 9 month old son attacking the keyboard. He wants to be just like Daddy!’

22nd- Lawn Master Choose Limely
On the 5th, we welcomed a brand new client, Lawn Master! Lawn Master specialise in – clues in the name! – transforming lawns into something beautiful. They’ve been going for over 22 years now and stand as one of the longest established lawn care and lawn treatment companies in the UK. Lawn Masters approached us needing a must-needed site revamp, so we’ve swooped in to save the day yet again.
We’re not supposed to give anything away just yet, but you know us, we can’t help ourselves. The Limely team are going to be busy designing and developing a brand new lead generation site for Lawn Master, giving them a platform where they can showcase their magnificent work. The specifics are all hush hush for now, but watch this space to keep up to date with this project!
22nd – Flexible Trading Shop Sign off on the Design
The 22nd proved to be a very busy day indeed, as we also had Flexible Trading Shop sign off on their website design. They are thrilled with what we’ve dedicated weeks putting together. We’ve been working hard on designing and developing a brand new site for them, click here to find out more about the project! 25th – Feelin’ Festive
And coming up to the end of the month, Limely have been embracing the festivities. We got well into the Christmas spirit with a roast dinner panini, courtesy of Designer Tom. It was filled to the brim with all the good stuff: stuffing, chicken, cranberry sauce, brie. Our mouths are watering just thinking about it. And what better way to end the month that to get our Secret Santa sorted? All we can think about now is the Christmas party. Watch this space for some drunken Limely photos!
