Who are Martin Phillips?
Martin Phillips is a leading carpet retailer based in Northern Ireland. Boasting seven stores across the region and established back in 1981, the brand has built a strong reputation for both quality and value. Offering a diverse range of flooring including carpets, laminates, rugs and vinyl, this family-run business is ready to take their online presence to the next level and we couldn’t be more excited to help them succeed.
What will Limely do?
Our team will be designing and developing a brand new ecommerce website that reflects the customer-first approach of the brand itself. The site will be full to the brim with user-centric features such as a powerful Flooring Visualiser tool powered by Roomvo and a bespoke Flooring Calculator tool that allows users to save multiple room dimensions, removing the guesswork for Martin Phillips’ customers. Not only that, we’ll also be adding the functionality for users to order up to five free samples and creating a seamless room measurement booking form to increase lead captures.
A sleek new store locator feature with an interactive map will aid the customer journey and a click & collect option will allow users to choose their preferred pickup location to ensure that every need is catered for. A Trustpilot integration will instantly build customer trust with star ratings, review banners and more, dotted throughout the buying journey. While a dedicated content hub powered by WordPress will ensure the brand can deliver valuable content to their audience in the form of blog posts, buying guides and helpful articles. All while aiding their SEO credentials and improving organic visibility within the search engine results pages (SERPs).
As always, our designers and develops will work in collaboration to ensure that every aspect of the site is mobile-friendly and responsive, ensuring that Core Web Vital metrics are stringently adhered to in order to boost both UX and SEO rankings. Blending ecommerce functionality with existing brick-and-mortar retail stores requires digital expertise to ensure seamless operations, stock management and an efficient process.
