It’s time to welcome a brand new client to Limely!
After conducting a tech-spec for Insect Lore back in October, we’re so pleased to announce that the brand has joined Limely and we’re so excited to be working on their brand new website.
Who are Insect Lore?
Insect Lore are an educational brand who have fascinating origins! Originally founded by an entomologist working with bugs and insects in the agricultural industry, Carlos White founded the brand with a core mission to delight and educate children across the globe about the metamorphosis of butterflies. Whilst working in California’s San Joaquin Valley, White asked himself “Wouldn’t it be wonderful if children could see the miraculous metamorphosis of butterflies up close?” and set about developing an educational kit that allowed them to do just that!
What will Limely do?
Our team will be designing and developing an exciting new Shopify Plus ecommerce website that is a cut above the rest. Insect Lore want to achieve a highly-functional ecommerce site that drives sales but also celebrates its eco-friendly nature while retaining approachable and friendly communication that fosters long-term customer relationships. Currently, their checkout process is convoluted and puts off prospect buyers from becoming loyal advocates and a lack of mobile-friendless is hindering growth for this ambitious brand.
We’ll design and develop a brand new website that is bursting with advanced features that are impressive, but simple to use in order to appeal to the brand’s diverse audience that ranges from tech-savvy buyers to less digital audiences like schools and education centres. Our team will enhance Insect Lore’s branding, streamline the buying journey, ensure lightning-fast page speed, mobile optimisation and strengthen the brand’s overall online presence to ensure the site instantly instils trust in first-time site visitors.
The new website will need to strike the perfect balance between being sophisticated yet approachable and full of unique features that ensure that Insect Lore are differentiated from the competition to remain memorable in customers’ minds.
