Who are Industville?
Industville are an award-winning, artisanal homeware brand offering a range of premium home decor pieces including light pendants, unique rugs, art by independent artists, mirrors and more. Sustainability is a key pillar of Industville’s brand values, demonstrated by their beautiful product range which consists of 100% natural and recycled materials wherever possible. Additionally, the brand’s ecommerce packaging is either recyclable or biodegradable and carbon-neutral shipping methods are used to minimise their environmental impact. What will Limely do?
Team Limely will be working collaboratively to create a lightning-fast, user-friendly and beautiful homeware ecommerce website powered by Shopify Plus for both B2c and B2b customers. Industville’s current website is functional and looks lovely but if you dig a little deeper, it lacks important SEO features, conversion optimisation and strategic UX design that could make a significant difference to their sales figures, brand awareness and organic traffic. We’ll be designing a beautiful new website offering a seamless and streamlined customer journey designed to cater to the brand’s two distinct audience segments; homeowners and trade professionals. Category pages displaying products will include features such as colour swatches, ‘quick-view’, ‘add to bag’ call to actions, trust signals and more, to instantly build trust and encourage sales. Bespoke functionality will ensure that the new website is tailored precisely to Industville’s needs and include advanced elements and customised apps that maximise operational efficiency behind-the-scenes and give the team more time to focus on marketing their brand and beautiful products.
