Building a greener digital future.
Since 2022, our clients have helped fund the planting of thousands of trees through our partnership with Ecologi. Every project we take on contributes to reforestation and carbon reduction initiatives across Africa and beyond.
Planting seeds for change, one project at a time.
We believe that building great digital products and being a responsible business are not mutually exclusive. Through our partnership with Ecologi, a portion of every project we complete goes towards funding reforestation and carbon reduction initiatives around the world.
Since 2022, the businesses we work with have collectively funded the planting of over 8,125 trees, with contributions spread across projects in Kenya, Madagascar, Uganda and Ethiopia. When your brand grows with Limely, the positive impact grows with it.
Sustainability built into how we operate.
Ecologi partnership
Every project we complete contributes to our Ecologi climate portfolio, funding a mix of tree planting and carbon-reduction projects verified by independent auditors.
Reforestation projects
We fund afforestation in the Mau Forest Complex in Kenya, mangrove restoration in Madagascar, forest gardens in Uganda, and canopy restoration in the Gewocha Forest in Ethiopia.
Supporting local communities
Our projects do more than plant trees. In Uganda, we support farmers with education, training and equipment to grow crops that protect their income and feed local families.
Carbon reduction
Alongside tree planting, we support verified carbon reduction initiatives that address emissions at the source, including renewable energy and clean cookstove projects.
Transparent reporting
Ecologi provides full transparency on every project funded. You can see exactly where trees are planted, which projects are supported and what the verified impact is.
Growing impact
As Limely grows, so does the contribution. More clients means more projects completed, which means more trees planted and more communities supported around the world.

Afromontane reforestation in Mau, Kenya.
The Mau Forest Complex is one of the most important water towers in East Africa. Through Ecologi, we help fund the planting of afromontane trees across the Kass FM planting site, restoring tree cover with wide-reaching benefits for biodiversity, water supply and the local communities who depend on the forest.

Restoring coastal mangroves in Kandrany, Madagascar.
The Kandrany coastal mangrove restoration project plants trees along the southwest coast of Madagascar, one of the most biodiverse coastlines on the planet. Mangroves sequester carbon at remarkable rates, protect coastal communities from storm surges and erosion, and provide critical habitat for marine life. This project works directly with local communities to ensure the restored forest is protected for the long term.
