Enhanced UX with a bespoke product finder tool

To ensure users can quickly and easily find the exact product they need, we designed and developed a bespoke product finder. Users simply enter their vehicle information (such as vehicle make and model) and the handy tool presents all of the compatible products that can be used with that particular vehicle.

Not only does this enhance the user experience tenfold, it also demonstrates Rhino’s attention to their client’s needs and sets them apart from the competition.

Seamless store locator to improve customer satisfaction

We developed a bespoke store locator tool which allows users to locate their nearest Rhino dealers, in just a few clicks. Users simply have to enter their postcode and they are instantly provided with the address and location of the nearest dealer where they can purchase Rhino’s products.

Bespoke dealer portal for a personalised experience

In order to cater to the dealers that stock Rhino Products, we designed and developed a bespoke dealer portal which allows dealers to create their own accounts. Allowing dealers to access a dedicated area of the site that houses features such as an advanced version of the product finder, that no-one else can gain access to.

Ultimately, this feature builds customer loyalty and demonstrates Rhino’s exceptional customer service and professionalism.

Reaching a global audience with multilingual capabilities

As Rhino Products have various branches throughout Europe, we ensured that every client receives the best possible online experience by enabling a multilingual feature that allows users to switch the site’s language, according to where they are in the world.

This helps to prevent misunderstandings and enables all users to benefit from the services and valuable information available on the site.

Multi-site functionality for seamless management

As Rhino Products had recently acquired another business (AVS Steps) when we built the site, we utilised WordPress’ multi-site feature which enabled us to build two sites on the same platform. This ensures that editing, managing content and updating the two different sites is extremely efficient as the team can seamlessly switch between sites directly within the WordPress dashboard.

As Rhino Product’s target market are mostly trade customers who are often on-the-go, we ensured a frictionless and lightning-fast mobile experience.
