Sales Development Representative

Full-time · Chester, UK · 4-day work week, hybrid

We're hiring a Sales Development Representative to drive long-term growth by owning the sales funnel from lead generation through to client acquisition. You'll strengthen our market presence, nurture prospects and keep a healthy pipeline moving, working closely with the wider sales and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales funnel from initial lead through to signed contract
  • Build and maintain a strong, reliable sales pipeline
  • Create tailored proposal presentations aligned to client objectives
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with prospects and clients
  • Lead lead generation, qualification and management efforts
  • Set and hit annual revenue targets

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in sales, ecommerce, business development or a related field
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail
  • Confident creating and presenting proposals
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation and management
  • Strong analytical skills for performance assessment
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at every level
  • Excellent interpersonal and service-oriented communication
  • CRM tool experience
