We're looking for an Ecommerce Account Manager to drive client online business growth across a varied portfolio. You'll own the client relationship end-to-end, shape the digital strategy and identify the growth opportunities that turn good stores into great ones.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse ecommerce client portfolio as the primary point of contact
- Develop and execute digital strategies spanning SEO, PPC and UX to boost sales and visibility
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimise websites for performance and user experience
- Run regular strategy reviews, adjusting based on analytics and client feedback
- Prepare and present detailed campaign performance reports
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Design and manage A/B tests across industries and platforms
Requirements
- Proven ecommerce management or digital marketing experience
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC and ecommerce platform functionality
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
- Working knowledge of effective UX design principles
