Our Monthly Round-Up: December

In the last month of 2023, Team Limely went big!

From getting into the Christmas spirit to welcoming new clients and helping existing ones, it was certainly a busy month! As always, we love ending the year on a high so let’s delve in to some of our favourite moments of December…

On the 5th, we welcomed a brand new client to the agency! Join us in giving a warm welcome to startup brand, Yost Footwear. We are so excited to help this premium footwear brand make their mark in the world of fashion and footwear with an all-singing, all-dancing Shopify ecommerce website that is sure to drive growth. As always, we’ll be utilising our UX expertise to ensure a conversion-focused website design that encourages sales, creates a superior shopping experience and provides tons of flexibility for the brand to grow. Keep your eyes peeled for the final outcome!

On the 7th, we celebrated Christmas Jumper Day 🎄 It’s safe to say the team well and truly got into the festive spirit with hot chocolates galore and of course, the best Christmas jumpers we could get our hands on!

On the 12th, we hosted a discovery meeting with our brand new clients, Yost Footwear. After exchanging pleasantries and getting to know each other a little better, we got down to business and worked out all of the nitty gritty in terms of the website design, priorities and opportunities to drive conversions. Next stop, web design! We’re truly looking forward to working on this Shopify ecommerce website and can’t wait to get the brand off to a fantastic start, very soon!

Amidst all of the festivities, we also designed and developed a brand new feature for our client, Tile Merchant. Now, every Acoustic Panelling product seamlessly showcases the incredible benefits that panelling has to offer when it comes to reducing noise. The new ‘Hear The Difference’ feature allows users to listen to quickly toggle between listening to sound with and without panelling. The feature enables users to hear the incredible difference that the panelling makes to the quality of sound and as a result, encourages conversions whilst building trust.

The 14th saw us party the night away at our Christmas do 🎄 We took to Chester Racecourse for a festive extravaganza which included a dance floor, DJ and even casino tables! We had a blast celebrating Christmas with the team and danced the night away.

On the 18th, we hit the launch button on a brand new project for Factory Direct Flooring. We redesigned their existing ‘Room Calculator’ feature with UX at the forefront to encourage conversions. We are currently running an A/B test to determine which design performs best and look forward to seeing the results. We absolutely love supporting our longstanding clients!

On the 19th, we eventually found our secret Santa gifts (our naughty elf on the shelf had hidden them in the fridge!) and had a lovely time unwrapping them one by one. It was the hardest secret Santa we’ve had in terms of guessing who got who but it’s safe to say we were all pretty pleased with our wee gifts 🎁

On the last working day of the year, we had a festive feast courtesy of our designers! Festive Yorkshire pudding wraps filled with turkey, cranberries, stuffing and a platter of delicious nibbles ensured we were well and truly stuffed before leaving for our Christmas break!

And just like that, 2023 is over! It goes without saying that we’d like to thank all of our clients, colleagues, partners and families for all of your support over the year and look forward to a prosperous new year. All the best for 2024!
