Monthly Round-Up

Our Monthly Round-Up: April

Tom Banner

A new starter, a couple of finished projects, a long weekend off and a very exciting announcement… April was a pretty good month!

Really, where is 2019 going? We blinked and another month went by in a flash. Over the past 30 days, we’ve been pretty busy – as per – and have a few things to update you on. So, sit back, get comfy and catch up with all the latest goings-on at Limely

1st April – Robbie joined the team!

We’ve been looking for a new developer to join our talented dev team for some time now as we continue to take on a number of big projects and client retainers. Finally, we found Robbie and invited him to join us. He soon became part of the Limely fam – we can’t believe it’s been a month already!

3rd April – C-Tech Innovation goes live

C-Tech Innovation approached us back in December, looking for an agency to shake things up for them digitally. We worked closely alongside the team at C-Tech, ensuring their needs were met at each step of the process, to create a new and improved website for their brand. The result? A sleek, smart WordPress brochure website that not only looks great but is much more user-friendly and conversion-focused, too. Go and take a look for yourself!

4th April – HonestyBox goes live

Another WordPress project to go live in April! We’re really excited to be launching finished products for so many amazing clients at the moment and HonestyBox have been no exception. We were immediately intrigued when they first pitched their business concept to us – it’s always a pleasure to create a digital presence for a brand new start-up. The HonestyBox website is bang-on-trend and even boasts a handy agent portal for clients to log in and access all their important stuff. Have a look here.

9th April – Team visit Towbar Express

Gav, Niko and project manager Matt headed up north to Yorkshire to visit a long-standing client of ours, Towbar Express. We’ve been working with them for many years now and of course, when you get a good client, you don’t let them go! The guys had a productive chat; we’re excited to be taking on some more work and maybe even a big new project with Towbar Express. Keep your eyes peeled!

15th April – Another Magento 2 site in progress

With two big Magento 2 projects going live earlier in the year, it’s safe to say we’ve become pretty familiar with the platform here at Limely. So, it might not come as a surprise to you that we’re currently working on a third Magento 2 store right now! In April, development for Cater4You got well underway and the dev team have been making some good progress. We can’t wait for this to go live – it’s another big one!

15th April – Tactical Solutions goes into development

Back in March, Tactical Solutions signed-off on the designs that Adam had created for their brand new site. Fast forward to April and the project is now in the development stages! Our team has been working hard on perfecting the Tactical Solutions website so we’re looking forward to pushing this one live

18th April – Enjoyed the bank holiday weekend!

We’ve been pretty non-stop since the start of 2019 so the Easter Bank Holiday weekend was certainly needed! Team Limely kicked off four long lovely days with a round in the Church beer garden. Can we make ‘Thursday beers’ a thing?

24th April – Phatcha Thai Massage & Beauty design finished

That’s another design ticked off! Thai massage and beauty experts at Phatcha in Chester’s city centre (just down the road from us!) came in for a meeting some months ago as they didn’t have a website, or any online presence at all really. It’s our job to change that! The initial designs are now complete and we’ll be getting stuck into the development soon. It’s a really nice one, so keep an eye out on our socials for sneak peeks.

25th April – Won two exciting clients in the finance sector

We actually took a couple of new clients on in April but we’ve got to keep them under wraps for a while, just while everything becomes official. We can give you a hint though, they’re in the financial sector! After the success of our sites for Quant Accountants and New Horizons and we’re looking forward to getting stuck in.

30th April – Niko & Jen are expecting!

And finally, we’ve got some really lovely news. Director Niko and his wife Jen are expecting their second baby at the end of this year. We’re absolutely delighted for them and can’t wait to meet the little one

See you next time Follow us on our socials in the meantime – we’re active on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram!
