Our Monthly Round-Up: February

Jessica Slack

February definitely went by in a flash. We’re not sure if that’s because it’s the shortest month of the year or because we had such a jam-packed schedule!

From a birthday night out to launching new sites and signing up new clients, we’ve been non-stop for the past 28 days. We’ll run you through all the best bits of Feb at Limely so you can get a little sneak-peek into what we’ve been up to. The monthly round-up is always our favourite time of the month!

6th February – Yoobic Goes Live

Our frontend developer Spencer had been chipping away at this fresh new site for Yoobic last month. We’re happy to say it finally went live at the beginning of February. You can check it out here and see how all his hard work paid off (shout out to Adam for the designs, too!).

8th February – MDIS Discovery Meeting

Insurance specialists MDIS visited our city-centre offices earlier this month. They came in for a discovery meeting where we discussed what they wanted to get out of their new website and how we could go about creating a professional online presence for them.

9th February – Bane Comes to Play

Arguably the most exciting day of the month, Graham’s dog Bane came into the office for a day. He definitely enjoyed the extra company but wasn’t a distraction at all – in fact, we all agreed it was our most productive day to date! Maybe we should host doggy daycare more often…

10th February – Lingerie Outlet Store Choose Limely!

Here’s another exciting client for win for Limely! We were really pleased to announce that Lingerie Outlet Store had chosen us as their digital partner earlier in Feb. The eBay start-up turned thriving business is an incredibly exciting venture for us and our designer Emma is keen to get stuck into a more stylish retail-based website. The new website for Lingerie Outlet Store will be built on Magento 2 so we can’t wait to show you what we’ve done!

12th February – Thornley Leisure Parks in Development Stages

Remember last month when the design process was Thornley Leisure was complete? Well, our dev team have been hard at work breathing life into the designs. It’s going to be a really impressive holiday site, complete with a booking system and interactive map! Watch this space for updates, we’re sure it won’t be too long before we can unveil the finished project to you… (But in the meantime, check out the last travel website we built for Euroventure!)

23rd February – Night Out to Nine Elephants

For an early celebration of Graham’s birthday, Team Limely took a trip to Chester’s newest Thai dining experience: Nine Elephants. You might remember the website we did for them not too long ago…   We thoroughly enjoyed the food and moved on to a bar crawl around Chester. Success!

27th February – Graham’s Birthday

Our director and top developer Graham celebrated his birthday on the 27th of this month. Of course, the night-out was our Limely celebration for him but we treated him to a chippy lunch and cake on his actual birthday. He’s also had an extra day off this week for some well-needed chill time – that’s just how we do things at Limely!

28th February – Auto Charge Point Goes Live

We recently launched the all-new and updated Auto Charge Point website, complete with electric vehicle guides and a step-by-step ‘how it works’ page. Go and check out the site here – we’re really proud of this one and it was definitely a team effort on behalf of whole Limely office! From design to dev to content writing, we’ve done it all for Auto Charge Point.

That’s a wrap!

So, there you have it, some of the highlights of what we got up to in February. We can’t wait to see what next month brings and we know that one thing’s for certain… it won’t be a quiet one!
