Hope you’re hungry!

You already know that Limely has a love for all things surrounding web design and content perfection, but did you know that we also LOVE good food. So, every time we get the pleasure to create a fabulous restaurant site, we revel amongst detailed menus, food images and mouth-watering content.

Because we’re so generous (and a little bit hungry), we thought we’d show you our top 15 restaurant website designs we can’t get enough of in terms of their design, layout and performance. Bon Appétit!

1. Mowgli

A restaurant that is currently taking over the UK and winning the hearts of foodies everywhere, Mowgli Street Food certainly wins us over with clear images, a delicious layout and a couple of appearances of their signature Monkey icon; it all paints a great picture of what their restaurant’s all about. Simple, yet effective.

2. Chef’s Table

Found at number two in the Top 50 Best Restaurants in the UK, Chester’s own Chef’s Table impressed us with their images that look good enough to eat, their tidy layout and their clean and crisp designs which effectively represents their high standards.

3. The Fat Duck

Berkshire’s The Fat Duck gives us a fun interactive homepage which is beautifully presented and allows for quirky and unique design. It does all this without taking too much focus off the important bits like the menu.

 4. Marcus

We are a huge fan of these delicate designs which allow for a clean and crisp site. Easy to navigate and pleasure to read, Marcus’ site is a treat within itself.

5. Raby Hunt

Raby Hunt’s flicking gallery and rolling layout effectively presents the restaurant and what they’re about. The presentation is sleek, stylish and modern and sets the right precedent for this Michelin star restaurant.

6. Roganic

With an interactive homepage laced with great images that double as the navigation menu, Roganic’s site does well to recreate its vibe online. It’s simple, sleek and truly represents the brand.

7. L’Enclume

L’Enclume’s website makes the food the focus, which is what you want for an effective restaurant website. Making its star features the main event, it lets the user in on its quality and standards.

8. Ynyshir

Another unique one – but it works! Ynyshir truly makes you feel like you’re venturing on a quest for the delicious, creatively displaying their quality and prestige.

9. Core by Clare Smyth

The flitting gallery of high-quality images, as well as the beautifully designed logo, makes for a fabulous site.

10. Restaurant Story

Beautiful photography is matched with sleek designs to make an effortless site which performs flawlessly.

11. Sketch

Definitely one of our firm favourites, just because of how wonderfully weird it is. A restaurant that mixes good food with great art, Sketch brings this to their website which is equipped with layered graphics and a cute game.

12. The Greenhouse

The Greenhouse is all about luxury, and their minimalistic site certainly displays that.

13. Adam’s

With a personal note adorned with a handwritten signature by the owner, Adam’s website truly encompasses the vibe created in their restaurant.

14. Claude Bosi

We’re loving the content on this one – not too much and not too little, it’s just right. As well as presented with a stylish font, which goes with the style that Claude Bosi is presenting.

15. The French

We love an entrance page – adds so much to a website! Especially one that uses a leather-look home page and snazzy designs as found on The French’s site.
