A new look for Rhino Products

Utilising WordPress to create a new online space.

Rhino Products are Europe’s leading provider and manufacturer of products and accessories for commercial vehicles. From 2017, they also own AVS Steps; a provider of side steps used for taxis, buses and other commercial vehicles.

They came to Limely wanting brand new websites as they were after online spaces which truly represented their expertise and reputation.

Limely got to work building both sites using their very own drag and drop Page Builder on WordPress and through designs and development, made sure Rhino’s quality of service was known.

Using bespoke features to boost UK.

Rhino Products store a range of their available products on their site. To make finding the right product quick and easy, we designed and developed a product finder.

This enables the user to enter their vehicle information and narrow down their search as they are matched with the right product. This not only allows great levels of UX, but demonstrates the company’s attention to their client’s need.

Find nearby dealers

Get everything you need from Rhino

To make for a truly personalised experience, we also made it so users could locate their nearby dealers.

By inputting their postcode, they can automatically be provided with the address and location of the nearest place where they can purchase Rhino’s products.

This helps to further increase levels of user experience and maintains the level of service their clients would have come to expect.

Allowing dealers to create their own login and account

In order to cater to the dealers that use Rhino Products, Limely got to work designing and developing a dealer’s portal.

This allows those who sell Rhino Products in-store to create a personal account in which will give them access to their own area on the site. Those with an account will have access to various features on the site, including a more advanced version of the product finder.

In spite of having their headquarters close to home in Ellesmere Port, Rhino Products have branches across Europe.

To make sure that every one of their clients receives the best experience when using their website, Limely enabled a multilingual feature that allows the user to switch the language according to where they are in the world.

This ensures a full understanding and an ability to benefit from the services and information available on both Rhino’s and AVS Steps’ websites – maintaining a high level of UX for every single user.

Linking both Rhino Products & AVS Steps

Limely built a new WordPress site for both Rhino Products and their recently obtained organisation, AVS Steps.

Thanks to WordPress’ Multi-site feature, we were able to build both sites on the same platform to make for easy editing and content management. This means Rhino Products can access and both sites from their one WordPress account just by switching websites via the dashboard.

Making Rhino Products’ site flawless on all devices

In order to make sure every box was ticked, Limely made sure that Rhino Products’ brand new site was providing the user with the same, great experience – regardless of whether it’s on desktop or mobile.

Limely made the necessary adjustments to ensure that users had access to the same services and online experience whilst on mobile or tablet – making sure to cover all bases so Rhino Products is able to demonstrate their services no matter what.
