Sell Your Car To Sam came to us with a brand new business proposition. Their mission being to buy any car regardless of the model, age, mileage or condition and to offer a fair price and quick payment – all online.
Like other major competitors in this field we knew what we were up against. We created an extremely fast-paced experience where customers were met with rapid results. Simplistic quotation forms, easy to use mobile-friendly tools and engaging user journeys all aided the conversion process and convinced over 33% of visitors to fill out the entire quotation process.Visit Website
Familiar and Approachable
We both branded and styled the new company with a clean, timeless brand mark and familiar interface that customers in this marketplace had become accustomed to.
We focused heavily on building trust through genuine reviews, simplistic processes and a keen focus on helping the customer through every step of the process with an option to call if they were lost or confused at any stage.
After reviewing progress post launch and tweaking elements of the process throughout we were staggered to report a 48% Goal Conversion rate.

Finding the right colour
We know that we can’t get it right first time, every time. So we worked alongside Sam to explore various colour styles and options to ensure that we found the perfect one for him, and his customers. Even after the website went live, we trialled more options to see which performed best for his new website.
It all started in black and white…
Our process starts at the very basis of a website – the structure. We wireframed a layout for the homepage, to help Sam visualise how the website could look and work.
Once Sam was happy with that, we moved the design process on and began adding the colours and detail. This process ensured that the client was fully involved, and completely happy, at every stage of the design.
