Bolton Birch decided TO LET us build them a professional property portfolio

Bolton Birch has been a commercial property consultancy and surveyor in Chester since 1981. Last year, we stepped in. Using our expansive knowledge of print and digital, we aimed to give Bolton Birch an entire website refresh and branding overhaul. And we think we did a pretty good job.

Branding and print bits

Whilst digital is our thing, we understand the importance of a consistent physical branding, too. Once designer Adam had conjured up Bolton Birch’s new logo, he created a whole host of print and stationery products for the property consultants.

Accessible, attractive, authentic

We wanted to create a website that could give Bolton Birch an outstanding digital presence and show off their properties to their full potential. It had to be accessible for the property consultants to use and update themselves to keep the site fresh and timely.

The user experience was incredibly important for this website and we worked alongside Bolton Birch to come up with the best digital solution for their clientele. Alongside this, we also took great consideration that the new, refreshed branding of the company would be entirely reflected on their portfolio website.

Most importantly, we wanted to create a sense of trust between Bolton Birch and their clients. To do this, we kept the design simple, corporate and clean. The dark and striking homepage banner works seamlessly alongside the professional fonts and imagery used throughout the site.

They are so happy with the site, we’re working together FOR (the) SALE-able future.

Seamlessly responsive

As always, responsiveness is a no-brainer when we are designing and developing a new site. We knew that Bolton Birch’s website should be just as clean and striking on mobile as it is on a desktop – we think we delivered on that front!

As a business providing quality, personal, commercial property advice, we wanted a new website that conveyed those attributes allowing visitors to understand who we are and what we do but also making it quick and easy to search our property listings. Limely took time to understand not just the brief but also, us as a business, resulting in a website that is exactly what we wanted.
